Chris joined Foresight in 2019 as a Partner in the London office with a co-lead responsibility to the JLEN fund.  He has over 22 years’ experience in infrastructure including PPPs, economic infrastructure and renewables.

Prior to joining Foresight, Chris worked at John Laing Capital Management as a Director where he co-led the investment advisory services for JLEN. Before joining JLCM, Chris was a Managing Director and Head of Waste & Bioenergy team at the Green Investment Group (formerly the UK Green Investment Bank plc) for 4 years. During his time at Green Investment Group, Chris was responsible for over £0.5 billion of investment across 18 assets in the waste and biomass sectors.

In addition, Chris was Head of Capital Markets in the Infrastructure and Renewables team at NIBC, also with responsibility for UK debt origination and advisory within these sectors. Chris was was with NIBC for over 12 years, working on a number of waste and bioenergy transactions.

Chris has a BA in Business Economics from the University of Durham.

Chris joined Foresight in 2019 as a Partner and currently works in the London office with a co-lead responsibility to the JLEN fund. He has over 20 years’ experience as an infrastructure fund manager, an equity principal, a project director and an adviser.  Before joining Foresight, Chris was a Director of John Laing Capital Management and was co-lead investment adviser to the JLEN fund.

Prior to this, Chris was a Principal in Henderson’s private equity infrastructure team, often working closely with John Laing on a range of special projects, including the buying of investments, corporate refinancing and valuations.​

For the 18 months prior to joining JLCM he was on secondment to John Laing, focused on renewable energy business as Corporate Finance Director.​

Before joining Henderson in 2007, Chris worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 11 years, including seven years in the infrastructure concessions team.

Chris is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.​

Ed joined Foresight Group in 2019 as Head of Valuations across their infrastructure department, with responsibility for the team providing quarterly valuations and analysis on a portfolio spanning over 350 assets and £9.5bn AUM. He joined the senior management team responsible for JLEN in 2022 and he has over 13 years’ experience in infrastructure and renewables.

Prior to joining Foresight, Ed was Head of Valuations at John Laing Capital Management where he was responsible for valuations and financial analysis covering JLEN and the JLIF social infrastructure fund – with a combined portfolio valuation of circa £2bn. Prior to that, Ed was a Project Finance, Modelling and Valuations manager at RSM, where he focused on the origination and management of model build, model audit and training engagements, having previously started his career in audit.

Ed is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a 2.1 BA Hons in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Muxin joined Foresight in 2019 and currently works as an Investment Director in the London office. He has over 13 years’ of investment experience in infrastructure, focusing on renewable energy and concession-based PPP assets. He has led transactions at every stage of an investment cycle. Before joining Foresight, Muxin worked as an Investment Director at John Laing advising the JLEN Fund.

Prior to joining John Laing in July 2015, Muxin was a Principal in the private equity team of Henderson Global Investors.

Before this, Muxin worked on London Underground’s £30 billion Tube PPP programme at Transport for London and was previously in the Transaction Services team at Deloitte.

Muxin is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School in the UK, an ESCP degree in France and a BA from Peking University in China.

Ben Field joined Foresight Group in 2019 and currently works as a Senior Investment Manager in the London office. He has over 12 years’ experience. Ben is responsible for origination and transactions in the Environmental Infrastructure team.

Prior to joining Foresight, Ben worked at John Laing as a Senior Investment Manager where he focussed on renewable energy transactions specifically for the JLEN fund.  Before joining JLCM in July 2017, Ben was an Associate Director at Velocita Energy Developments and prior to this, Ben worked for Tamar Energy, Falck Renewables, Moorfields CR, Schroder Investment Management and Commerzbank AG.

Ben is  a CFA shareholder and holds a 2.1 in Mathematics from the University of Durham.

Joe is the Head of JLEN Wind Asset Management and is responsible for the technical and operational management of the JLEN wind assets.

Prior to joining Foresight in 2019, Joe was Head of Wind Asset Management at John Laing Capital Management.

Joe was also Head of Asset Management for Temporis Capital. In this role he was responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of just over 200 MW of renewable energy, equity infrastructure projects spread across various technologies. He also acted as credit steward for a direct lending portfolio of £150m in structured finance.

Before moving to the UK, Joe worked as part of the legal team for various sport and entertainment talent agencies.

Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School (Los Angeles) and a BA in Economics from Occidental College (Los Angeles).

Christian joined Foresight Group in July 2019 and currently works as a Director of Finance in the London office. He has over 20 years’ of experience. Christian is the Finance Director of the JLEN listed fund.  Prior to joining Foresight, Christian worked at John Laing Capital Management as Director of Finance where he was Finance Director of both the John Laing Infrastructure Fund and JLEN. He has also worked for 10 years at Bouygues UK, focussing on asset management and various senior finance functions for the construction business.

Christian is a qualified accountant both in France and in the UK and holds a degree in Finance, Economy and Law and a post graduate in Finance from the University of Montpellier (France). Christian is fluent in Spanish and French.

Keerthana joined Foresight Group in July 2019 and currently works as a Senior Management Accountant in the London office. She has over 9 years’ of experience. Keerthana is responsible for the consolidation of the JLEN fund accounts, has extensive involvement in the back-half of the fund’s interim and year-end accounts and derivation of final NAV. Keerthana’s responsibilities also include cash flow projections and the preparation of some of the entities’ statutory and management accounts. Prior to joining Foresight, Keerthana worked at John Laing as a Senior Management Accountant where she focused on reporting on the JLIF PFI/PPP Infrastructure fund and on the JLEN Environmental Assets fund. Keerthana was also appointed as an assistant director on the board of three Infrastructure assets SPV companies.  Keerthana has also worked at State Street Global Services focusing on private equity and reporting on both private equity and real estate funds.

Keerthana is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance from Kings College London.

Michael joined Foresight Group in July 2019 and currently works as an Accounts Assistant in the London office. He has 5 years’ experience. Michael is responsible for the JLEN fund management accounts and is involved in the cash forecasting, financial reporting and year end statutory obligations. Prior to joining Foresight, Michael worked at John Laing as an Accounts Assistant reporting on the JLIF PFI/PPP Infrastructure fund and the JLEN Renewables fund.

Michael is currently completing his AAT qualification and is looking to start ACCA this year.

Jennifer joined Foresight Group in 2019 and currently works in the institutional investor relations team in the London office.  She has over 9 years’ of experience.   Prior to joining Foresight, Jennifer worked at John Laing Capital Management as a Business Administrator and PA and prior to that, she worked in a family office in Zurich as an Executive Assistant.

Wilna joined Foresight’s institutional investor relations team in 2022. She has 20+ years’ experience in corporate and financial communications gained in the ICT and Financial Services sectors. Prior roles included Investor Relations and Communications Manager at Experian Plc and JSE listed Datatec Group.

Wilna holds a Public Relations Management degree from the University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa.
